At ALT. Fragrances, we want you to find your perfect scent; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on eligible items.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your fragrance is at least 90% full and was purchased within the last 14 days to qualify for a return or exchange.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the bottle in its original box and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to send your package to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will issue a digital gift card for the full purchase price to be used on your next signature scent.
